# Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a license for the ALPR SDK on alpr.parkr.app.

## Seller

## Who can buy

Licenses are sold only to businesses for use in their trade. By buying you confirm that you buy on behalf of a business. Consumer protection rules for distance sales to consumers therefore do not apply.

## What you buy

A license key for the Parkr ALPR SDK under the Parkr ALPR SDK License Agreement (alpr.parkr.app/license). The key unlocks the Pro features in release builds of the apps you list, forever, for every SDK version released during one year of updates from the purchase date. Development and staging variants of the same app id (for example `.dev` or `.staging`) are included at no extra cost.

Prices exclude VAT. Norwegian customers pay 25% Norwegian VAT. Business customers outside Norway account for VAT in their own country (reverse charge) and must give a valid VAT or business registration number where it applies.

## Payment and delivery

Payment is made by card through Stripe at checkout. The license key is delivered by email immediately after payment and is also available on the account page. An invoice is sent by email.

## Evaluation and refunds

Every Pro feature works without a license key in development builds (debug, simulator, TestFlight and ad-hoc builds), so you can evaluate the SDK fully before purchase. Because of this and because the license key is delivered immediately, **payments are not refunded after the license key has been issued**, except where mandatory law requires it or as stated in the SDK License Agreement.

## Renewal

Updates do not renew automatically. You can renew updates for another year from the account page at any time. A renewal extends the updates period by one year from the later of today and the current end date.

## Liability and law

The SDK License Agreement governs warranties and liability. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Hordaland tingrett as the agreed venue.
